Which competence has to has an engineer ?
A good engineer has to develop above all the mechanical and electronic competence, what reduces the costs of repair for the syndicate. It also has to dig: thus he also needs a good couple constitution / survival in the wild.
The engineer has two working places:
The garage in which he manages the stock of rovers.
The repair shop. In which he repairs the degraded material. He can then reallocate the repaired material.
